Question: What is virgin hair?

Answer: Human hair that is 100 % natural and unprocessed and has not been altered with chemicals or mixed with synthetic hair

Question: How do I pay for the hair?

Answer: Paypal, Credit card, Mastercard, Discovery

Question How long does delivery take?

Answer: 7-10 working days (holidays and weekends not included)

Question: Is next day delivery available?

Answer: Not at the time being

Question: Can I track my order?

 Answer Yes, after 3 business days you can request a tracking number for your order

Question: What happens if I do not receive my hair after 7 working days?

Answer: First check that you entered the correct address and postcode when placing your order. Then you must contact us immediately by email info@sundartemplehair.com

Question: Do you do collections?

Answer: Not at the time being

Question: How long does the hair usually last?

Answer: A minimum of two years depending on how you maintain it 

Question: Why is one bundle slightly darker/lighter than the other(s)

Answer: Hair from a donor is neither dyed nor processed and so the colour of each bundle is the natural hair colour of the donor. 

Question: Can I dye this hair?

Answer: Yes you can as it is real human hair. Just be aware that after making colour changes to the hair it will lose its status as virgin hair for obvious reasons

Question How do I prevent the ends from getting dry or frizzy

Answer: Always use a heat protectant before applying any heat to the hair. Daily use of a leave-in conditioner is also highly recommended

Question: Why is my hair tangling?

Answer: Your hair extensions can tangle due to dryness, a buildup of oil/grease/dirt, salt or sea water and not combing your hair daily. Remember to wash your hair at least once every two weeks. Also remember to condition your hair for a minimum of 30 minutes.
